Okay...I need some help!
ReplyDeleteI am really having a hard time running more than 5 minutes at a time. I know that I can at least run a mile, just did it the other week. Now, for some reason, after I run 5 minutes I feel like I have to stop and walk for a couple minutes.
Any tricks to make myself keep going or should I stop and walk???

ReplyDeleteI'd like to ask you a few questions to find out what you've been doing that might be causing this to happen. It could be a lot of things, but in any case I always think you should listen to your body. It's not worth risking getting hurt just to run a few extra minutes. There's no reason not to take some walk breaks at least temporarily and then gradually work yourself back to where you were before. I'd like to talk to you about it some more though and see if we can figure out what's going on!
